Policies

DEPOSIT:

-A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $100.00 for permanent makeup set and a card on file is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your overall cost. The remaining balance is due immediately on the day of your initial procedure appointment.

* We accept CASH, CashApp, Zelle and Venmo.

* 3% fee of total service cost will be applied to all types of credit cards: Visa/MC Discover/Amex

* We DO NOT accept Checks or virtual credit cards.

* All appointments requested will only be reserved for 48 HOURS. If the deposit is not received within 48 hours, your reserved spot will be made available for other clients.

CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULE:

If you decide to cancel your appointment, your deposit will automatically be forfeited. Please review the pre-care and aftercare instructions carefully to avoid any fees or cancellation of your appointment.  If you need to reschedule, a 72-hours notice is required. Failure to give a 72-hours notice will forfeit your deposit and a new deposit $100 is required if you would like to reschedule.

LATE POLICY:

If you are running late, please give us a call or a text.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Your deposit will automatically be forfeited. And new deposit $100 is required for rescheduling.

NO SHOWS:

Please note that if you fail to show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the value of your appointment.

TOUCH UP:

We highly recommend that you schedule your touch-up appointment on your initial visit.

A 4-8 weeks Touch-Up is NOT included in the cost of all new permanent makeup treatments.  If you decide to schedule your touch-up after 8 weeks, an additional fee will apply.   Annual Touch-Ups are for existing clients only! All first-time clients will be charged full price.

EXISTING PERMANENT MAKEUP: 

If you have existing cosmetic tattoos on your eyebrows from a different artist, you will need to text/email us clear photos in natural lighting to be pre-approved for a redo or cover up before booking an appointment. Failure to provide a photo prior to booking may result in a forfeit of your deposit.  In some cases, we may need to schedule an in-office consultation to better assess your existing PMU.   If your existing tattoo is too saturated and/or the shape cannot be corrected, removal is recommended. With Angel Tattoo Removal or Saline Removal, the skin will need to heal for a minimum of 6 weeks before continuing with any PMU treatment. Multiple removal treatments may be recommended for optimal results.
